DCD Lecturer, Ajarn Nanpaskorn Goyy presented references about Thailand Local Arts. She showed 3 kinds of picture about Man, Monkey and Giant in historical Thailand era. Before began, SUIC International students saw full pictures each and all of students received pieces of different parts. Since we had short time, each people drew different parts with small pieces to duplicated. Perhaps easy to drew small part, but we should matched the parts and combined the pictures to made big pictures of arts.Afterwards, with special (brittleness) crayons made the picture matte and clear, also with artsy effects of black color crayon’s shard. The best way to re-draw the picture is measured and divided each part of lines that made with pencil and ruler.
Then, gave the bright color first before applied the dark crayon. So, you might easier match with other peoples redraw part in the end. In this case, we had more than 20s pieces with random parts. So, each peoples received from easy part to the hardest part. When finished, number of parts ready to matched in show room art then the real art with emphasized and greatest colors.
On the 2nd session, photography class another lecture with Mr. Jonathan Narachinron presented sharing session how to used cameras with basic way of lighting, different types of cameras, blurry and black-white camera, and took pictures with controlled two standing lighting for monochrome camera. After all of the students took pictures, wash the film with chemicals and manual machine. The hardest way is whirled the kenop with appropriated count in second. So, we would knew about results of the pictures.
Last session of design class, with papers and pen we tried to made Zentangle. The creator of Rectangle was Rick Robert and Maria Thomas. Zectangle is a combination of art background and meditation. It created a series of steps that allowed peoples to archieved a relaxed focus while created beautiful images with repetitive patterns. Different strokes (line), become engrossed in each strokes and a shift of focus. Zectangle also called a meditation art form. Zectangle may relieved stress and makes relax. The patterns about hundred kinds of technique, for example repetition of straight line, geometry and circles. Then, peoples would create kinds of technique with nature. Each people might used first letter name, or created with free-style art and filled with patterns inside. For me, I made the circle and filled with many patterns, then oval patterns around the circle (looks like flower) and also with different pen’s color to created effect of Zectangle.

Personality Traits and Leadership
Speaks about Personality Traits and Leadership by Mr. Robert McKenzie Deputy of Director Vatel Hotel & Tourism Business School in Thailand, talked about how personality were built and describe the positive and negative personality. “The characteristic or blend of characteristic that make person unique”(Weinberg & Gould, 1999). Personality traits determine how we adjust and respon to our environment and how we react in specific situations. Based on research, personality are already in place when we are young. With major personality traits, personality were born with determine the direction of our lives, or do the things that happen in our lives shape our personality as we grow older.
The Big Five test the most stable measure of personality over time. It works out your score in the “Big Five” traits OCEAN (Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism). Moreover, unbuilt Personality, Culture and Leadership lead cultural dimensions (Great Hofstede), importance cultural values, some of leadership skills are more desirable than other based culture, dark triad (narcissism, psychopath).
Personality development helps reduce stress and conflict, not bring your problems into work environment, develop positive attitude in life, good behavior and interact well with others, helps more professional, positive qualities and it would be cross cultural and empathy. Leadership qualities as great leaders : Live with integrity, develop a winning strategy, build great management team, inspire, create flexible responsive organization, use reinforcing management systems, empower and delegate. SUIC Students also learned about Personality Traits of Great Leader to learn to be strong, kind, bold, humble, proud and develop humor. And also learn about deal with reality.
